Terms & Conditions

  2. The 25% discount is not applicable when purchasing a package promotion, and is only valid for custom orders exceeding a total amount of RM10,000.
  3. Video services (animation or live action) provided in the package are limited to productions proposed by Alleviated Media. However, Alleviated Media is obliged to choosing the best methods and techniques accommodating to the client’s business’ needs.
  4. Alleviated Media is responsible for delivering high-quality services on par with the company’s services under non-promotional rates.
  5. The client is provided with (1) revision of any final designs, and (3) stages of work-in-progress for each design element (including the final stage).
  6. The final delivery does not include delivery of any raw project files. Additional fees may be applicable should the client request for these files, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon prior to the design team commencing work.
  7. Any additional work proposed by Alleviated Media or the client outside of the package will be quoted separately. This promotion is an as-is service and is not adjustable unless otherwise agreed upon prior to initiating work.
  8. Any additional services that requires outsourcing (e.g. printing of flyers, stationery, or signboards) are not included in this promotion. This promotion is only applicable for services provided by the Alleviated Media team.
  9. Alleviated Media has the right to display the projects initiated with the client as part of the company’s public portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon. The client has to give specific instructions in this case, on what should or should not be displayed.
